- Lifetime warranty, first two (2) years in-home warranty on parts and labor.
This warranty does not apply outside the boundaries of the United States or Canada, or to any product which, in our sole
opinion, has been improperly installed, or subject to willful abuse, misuse, alteration and shipping damages during the
period of coverage. Postage and handling charges of the product to and from 123steam.com for warranty repairs and for any
related charges for the installation/removal of these products are NOT included in your warranty. Warranty service can be
obtained by sending your product to 123steam.com (call 1-800-641-0173. Warranty repairs must be done only by
123steam.com. Proof of purchase and a serial number of the product will be required before any services are performed.
NOTE: Service charges may apply per individual warranty visit.
Return Policy
At 123steam.com, you will find only excellent quality steam units and accessories. Everything we offer is chosen to live up to this standard.
All products are fully guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first ten (10) days, you may return it for a refund or immediate
replacement.
Please note that products must be returned in the state you received them. A 10% restocking fee on the value of the order will be applied
when returning the goods to us. Shipping fees are not included in the refund or the restocking calculation.
