Most of our items are small enough to send via UPS. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout based upon your location.
Return Policy
At 123steam.com, you will find only excellent quality steam generators and accessories. Everything we offer is chosen to live up to this
standard. All products are fully guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first ten (10) days, you may return it for a refund or
immediate replacement.
Please note that products must be returned in the state you received them. A 20% restocking fee will
be applied when returning the goods to us. Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
